Cardinia Shire Council invites tenders for Demolition of existing building , site clearance and preparation to construct new Pavilion and associated works in accordance with all consultative details and specifications comprising of : Clubroom, Bistro , Bar servery , Kitchen, Coolroom storage, additional community room facilities (3), breakout lounge area, home and away changing room /toilet amenities, office /admin area, storage room , first aid room, public toilet access standing areas and external seating and ramped thoroughfares to meet DDA requirements.

Form new car park at the rear of the bowling green to provide min 18 spaces including 2 no accessible car park bays to also include covered pathway detail from the car park to the new ramp entrance at the front of the bowling green.
