Integration and Cloud Engineer
The Integration and Cloud Engineer is responsible for managing integration for the departments public, private and hybrid cloud environments. The core function of the role is to provide professional and efficient support and administration of cloud services, working closely with a team of engineers in support of a modern workspace.
Our Branch have a strong commitment to customer service and are committed to continuous improvement.
We are responsible for:
• Ongoing operations of Health’s ICT services, including service optimisation, service improvement and business continuity.
• Delivery of cyber and physical security support and advice to our clients, including Minister’s offices, department staff, executive and portfolio agencies.
• Delivery of key enhancements and projects with a strong focus on uplifting department capability, driving innovation, data analytics and automation.
• Development and delivery of engagement and awareness products to support our clients.
Our section is responsible for defining, monitoring, and delivering highly available, customer centric ICT services to the department and portfolio agencies. One of the section’s primary functions is to be reactive to any major, unplanned interruption to the department’s infrastructure, desktop services, or hosted IT applications. The section is committed to continuous service improvement, and has a strong focus on improving the quality, consistency, and availability of ICT services.
