This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Territory, as represented by CMTEDD Finance Services requires a qualified and experienced Supplier for the provision of Consultancy Services for Cloud Finance – System Preparation (system and TM1 review). The Consultant must provide the Services to prepare a set of functional and non-functional requirements of a Cloud Finance System that will enable the Territory to conduct the next procurement phase.
