Yarra Valley Water is intending to release an Open Tender in June 2022 for the Craigieburn Sewerage Transfer Hub Stage 2A Project – Storage Tanks 3 and 4, located at Craigieburn Sewerage Treatment Plant. The works include but are not limited to the following:
- Construction of 2 x 15ML Bolted Glass Steel Panel Tanks with a self-supporting Geodesic Roof;
- Associated earthworks and slab base/foundation for tanks and ancillary items;
- Approximately 50m of DN 1600 GRP connecting pipework (fill drain line to connect to existing pipes laid during Stage 1)
- Associated fittings, valve arrangements, telemetry
The project will require tenderers to have experience with tank design and construction, as well as a proven track record delivering large capital infrastructure projects.
