Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of New Tuckshop, Engagement Centre, Outdoor Covered area between these new buildings, and new covered walkway from Administration to A Block at Cleveland District State High School, corner of Russell & Smith Street, Cleveland, Qld.
Tender submissions will be accepted from Principal Contractors with an open QBCC Builders Licence, insurances and PQC Level 2. The project will be procured under AS4300 Design and Construct Conditions of Contract.
