The Shire of Coolgardie is seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the provision of services and requirements necessary to provide Village Accommodation Management to the Kambalda Village. The Services shall include but no limited to the:
- Provision of a complete catering and cleaning service to all residents of the Site and to all other persons which the Shire Coolgardie may expressly direct.
- Management and administration of Shire Coolgardie's site accommodation, laundry facilities, kitchen/dining room, and recreation facilities, gardens.
- Proper storage and handling together with all other services necessary to provide serviced accommodation
- Management, catering and cleaning services
- Provision of all necessary labour to manage, service and operate kitchen/dining room, gymnasium facility including equipment and a television room and barbecue area
- These services are further described in this document

Consisting of 200 Single Persons Quarters. Kitchen Mess, Administration Reception, Ablutions, Laundry Facilities, First Aid Room, Recreational Room, BBQ Areas, Storerooms, Car Park Area, and Associated Support Infrastructure. The SOW includes all things, whether specified or not which are necessary to achieve a complete and functional facility, which is fit for the intended purpose.
