Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (“EOIs”) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to be shortlisted to tender for the demolition of the existing facility and construction of the new Canterbury Leisure & Aquatic Centre.

Any construction company willing to fulfil the requirements is invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to Council by the deadline, 2:30PM, 20 April 2022.

A description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this EOI.

Expression of Interest Process

This open call for expressions of interest (EOI) is the first stage in an anticipated two (2) staged procurement process.

The first stage (EOI) is to establish a shortlist of respondents (if any) to be invited to a selective tender process (RFT).

Failure to register an expression of interest in response to this EOI will result in exclusion from any selective tender process.
