This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Department of Defence, Joint Health Command (JHC) Health Information Office (HIO) is seeking to engage 3 x Health Records Officers (APS 4 equiv) and a Health Records Team Lead (APS 6 equiv) to address current competing demands of health record requests from ADF members and 3rd parties. These positions will undertake the administration of retrieving electronic records in accordance with Legislation and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
The team lead will be responsible for overall training development, SOP management, customer service delivery, quality assurance and management staff to ensure KPIs and are met with competing deadlines.
As a health records officer you will be responsible for prompt response and action to health records requests, enquiries and the maintenance of the Information Requests register. You will be expected to practice information management to capture and record critical communication, decision making, and actions of health requests for reporting purposes. Furthermore, the capacity to work independly and as part of a team to ensure work outcomes are met.
Joint Health Command (JHC) Health Information Office (HIO) is open to review and change and business improvements enable efficiencies and reduce administrative errors where applicable.
