This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking the services of an experienced Business Analyst to support its Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Hardening Program. The Business Analyst will be responsible for support individual projects, as well as the broader program objectives and outcomes.
The successful applicant will;
• Work with a range of business stakeholders to translate their needs into detailed business requirements
• Collaborate with technical specialists, including external vendors, to design and develop solutions that address business needs
• Develop requirement specifications, business cases, functional specifications and process models
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and training sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Contribute to project management activities, such as the development and presentation of project documentation and strategies to mitigate risks/issues
• Work collaboratively with the Program and Project Managers, and support the broader objectives and outcomes of the program
• Other related activities to support the successful delivery of ESS projects as required.
