This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The buyer seeks a supplier to co-design and project manage delivery of up to eight virtual and hybrid interactive stakeholder engagements (electronic working groups, webinars, and plenaries) annually. The events will be delivered live across multiple international time zones, generally outside business hours, some events will require multiple audio channels for language interpreter services (provided by buyer). Events will be delivered across various platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Event participants are expected to range from 20-500. Services can generally be delivered remotely.
