Tender Description
This Contract is for the Construction of additional trafficable parking areas and unsealed track as well as a new garden area with native planting in the West Oxford Reserve in conjunction with the new toilet block being installed (by others).
The main tasks involved in this Contract are:
-Construction of 66m2 of track widening for parallel parking.
-Construction of 74m2 of unsealed parking area adjacent to planned toilet block.
-Construction of a new 390m2 unsealed vehicle track loop.
-Construct 85m2 of new garden area including the supply and installation of native plantings.
