Tender Description
Council is seeking a schedule of rates from businesses interested in carrying out the following works on an as needed basis, as required by Council.
General building maintenance and repairs of councils fixed assets.
Small structural upgrades of existing infrastructure (facilities, buildings, park equipment etc).
Small fit out of and upgrades to council owned infrastructure and buildings.
Repair and maintenance of Council facility plumbing services.
Successful quotations will be held on file and used by Council staff when these services are required.
Larger building and maintenance jobs will be quoted or tendered separately.
The closing date and time for tender submission is 5pm am Tuesday 5 April 2022.
