Tender Description
Fremantle Ports is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to carry out structural repairs.
The Contractor shall:
-repair the concrete deck soffit (excluding repair works completed within the last 5 years) as necessary, including the installation of a cathodic protection treatment system;
-supply all materials, demolition, consumables, equipment, plant and labour necessary to execute the WUC; and
-remove all redundant materials with the exception of materials identified by the Principal that are to be salvaged.
The desired rate-of-repair is 1500m2 per 12-month period over a potential contract term of 2 years with an optional 1 year extension. Financial incentives may be made available for completion of repairs which exceed the annual rate-of-repair baseline for aspects of the Statement of Works which will be agreed between the Principal and Tenderer.
