The Subcontractor's role will be providing Site Security to the Murray Basin Project. The Subcontractor is responsible for the following works as a minimum for the required duration;

- Provide Site Security during times when the worksite is closed which will generally be at night and/or for the rostered four (4) day weekend shut down period.

- The expected requirement is for a prescence at both the main Ararat Compound and roving/patrol between Ararat and Maryborough.

- Allow for work roster of Security Guards consisting of twenty-four (24) hour coverage during the four (4) days that the project is not working. Two (2) guards for day shift and two (2) guards for night shift.

- Ensure appropriate monitoring predominately confined between the existing rail boundaries, fenced areas, storage and laydown areas. including (facilities, materials, plant, vehicles and etc.)

- Must manage physical and personnel security in accordance with applicable guidelines: (A) AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 Risk management - Principles and guidelines;
132416, (B) AS/NZS HB 436:2013 Risk management guidelines - Companion to AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009; 132417, (C) HB 167:2006 Security Risk Management; (D) Australian Government physical security management guidelines-'Security zones and risk mitigation control measures' published by the Department of the Attorney - General.

- Manage Site security on a daily basis, including: (A) monitoring and auditing compliance with security requirements; (B) conducting security investigations if required; and (C) report of and responding to incidents.

- Ensure appropriate background checks, police checks and security clearances are conducted on staff.
