Tender Description
Maintenance works include:
- High-pressure washing of concrete sub-structure and deck to remove road debris and sediment (including suitable encapsulation and filtration of wastewater from entering the waterway such as the use of hydrophobic absorbent pads or equivalent).
- Undertake masonry spall repairs to concrete componentry as specified within NBSM Bridge Inspection Report - 173
- Encapsulate and refurbish all steel rocker bearings via vacuum bristle blasting (or equivalent) and application of three coat Protective Paint Treatment in accordance with Dulux Paint Specification V18/268/B and DoT Standard Specifications
- Bridge Deck movement joint repairs and replacement
- Vegetation removal along footway and inner kerbs
- Any other activities required to complete the Works as specified
