Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to take on the management of the new Armstrong Creek West Community Hub.
The, to be constructed and offically named, community hub will incorporate early years services for the local community including kindergarten and multi-purpose spaces for wider community use.
Proposals will be for the use of the entire facility, with some mandatory requirements regarding the use of the space and some more flexible arrangements that can be proposed by the respondents through this RFP process.
Response:
There is an online response form. This MUST be completed in the format requested and in full before the closing time or the submission will not be received.
It is recommended that this online reponse form be opened and read at the respondents earliest convenience as the evaluations of submissions are based on the reponses to this form.
