Tender Description
Package Description: The package includes CSMPEI works for the following areas:
• Major Brownfield works shutdown for COS upgrade and CV704 Head End;
• Brownfield works with multiple shutdown campaigns; and
• general works items.
Specific Scope Requirements:
Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the following tasks:
• High Safety, Environment and Health values and record;
• Excellent quality control, assurance and performance record;
• Demonstrate innovative and value improvement practices;
• Demonstrate indigenous and community engagement program; and
• Reliable delivery within programme and budget requirements.
Suppliers wishing to be considered must demonstrate ability to deliver a fully integrated vertical package involving detailed earthworks, concrete, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation works (CSMPEI) with experienced in the following tasks:
• Shop detailing including 3D model and 2D drawings;
• Fabrication including supply of material, inspection, and testing;
• Modularisation including assembly, fit out and lifting;
• Transportation including transfer, storage and preservation;
• Construction including management of subcontractors;
• Completion including testing, commissioning, and handover; and
• Working within the environment of an operating mine site.
In addition, Suppliersmust demonstrate their ability to complete the following tasks:
• Shutdown planning including, sequencing, scheduling, and resourcing to optimise over-all duration;
• Familiar with Brownfield upgrade works, including for Coarse Ore Stockpile (COS), screening facility, and conveyors;
• Engaging production and shutdown stakeholders for iterative planning process and daily progress management; and
• Delivery of shutdown works over multiple campaigns.
