The core business objective is to source, onboard and manage the ongoing relationship with the volunteer industry experts. It is important to ensure that volunteers are able to onboard as efficiently as possible and the ongoing relationship management is managed to ensure quality of service for Careers NSW customers is achieved, the retention of Volunteer Industry Experts is maintained and the pool of Volunteer Industry Experts is increased.
Given the administration for volunteer management is very time consuming and difficult to streamline, Careers NSW hopes to be able to procure a business or a number of businesses in order to utilise their business model to maximise the streamlining of the administration of volunteers. This will ensure DOE Strategic Priorities Careers NSW is able to focus on business as usual tasks to ensure the program is running effectively and efficiently, such as policy development and monitoring, Careers NSW performance monitoring, and data evaluation, and contract management.
The aim of this Registration of Interest (RoI) is to test the market as to whether there is any interest or availability for a provider/s to take on Careers NSW volunteer management services.
Careers NSW requires insight into the market and what potential services may exist to meet the requirements which will inform the next steps in the procurement process.
