Surplus land Deniliquin Airport For Sale

⁠⁠⁠Edward River Council (“Council”) has determined that parts Lot 52 ‘Deniliquin Airport (Part) are surplus to Council requirements and has approved the sale of this land.

At its Ordinary Meeting held August 2021, Council resolved to conduct an Expression of Interest (EOI) process for the sale of this land by placing a focus on supporting business expansion, job creation and economic development as the preferred outcome.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) will be open for a period of four weeks. This specification details how expressions of interest will be received and assessed, and how any negotiations after the closing date will be conducted.

In undertaking this EOI, Council is guided by its Sale of Council Land Policy. This policy can be accessed from Council’s website at www.edwardriver.nsw.gov.au and is included in the EOI documentation.
