Tender Description
City of Newcastle (CN) seeks to engage a Principal Design Consultant (PDC) to facilitate the detailed design of CN's East End Public Domain Plan Stages 3,4,6,7,8. The redevelopment includes Hunter Street and surrounding streets and includes new footpaths, cycleways, kerbing, gutter, roads, gardens beds and the upgrade to services including water, stormwater, communications and street lighting.
