Tender Description
The purpose of this call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) is for the City of Newcastle (Council) to engage with suitably qualified companies for:
a. The delivery of a contract for Recyclable Waste Collection Services.
b. The delivery of a contract for the Design and Construct of a Depot for collections activities.
c. The delivery of a Design, Construct and Operate (DCO) contract for a Material Recovery Facility (MRF).
d. The delivery of an agreement for Offtake Arrangements for MRF outputs.
Persons willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract are invited to submit a response to the Council by the deadline, 2pm on Tuesday 5th April 2022.
A Briefing session via Teams will be held on Wednesday 23th March at 9:00 am via Teams.
