Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Tasmania Government has committed to the undertaking of a major redevelopment of the University of Tasmania (UTAS) Stadium in Launceston Tasmania. The redevelopment of the UTAS Stadium will deliver improved patron and player amenities aligned with Australian Tier 2 Stadiums Standards. The Project is being delivered by Infrastructure Tasmania within the Department of State Growth, Tasmania.

The Department is currently progressing the procurement of architectural design, quantity surveyor and planning consultancy services for this Project.

The Department advertised a Request for Tender for these services in September 2021. That procurement was discontinued in December 2021 and is now being readvertised.

The purpose of this RFT is to secure a Consultant to deliver project management services for this Project.
