Provision of Locksmith Services for Monash Health

⁠⁠⁠The objective of this project is to aggregate all the maintenance services under a single contract. The key deliverable is timely reactive services for all of the locksmith Services across these sites.

Moorabbin and Kingston Centre

• Twin locking system
• All door furniture is Lockwood
• Kingston also has some legacy Lockwood systems still in place.
• Assa Abloy Anti literacy door furniture

Dandenong:

• GMK Lockwood system (Gen6)(LST)
• All door furniture is Lockwood.

Clayton Hospitals:

• Key system, may be updated during the course of this contract, in which case costs will be requoted as agreed by both parties.
• The door furniture at Clayton is all Astra, except in the new emergency department where they are using Dormakaba.

The maintenance Agreement will include the following sites:

• Moorabbin Hospital– 823 ‐ 865 Centre Road Bentleigh
• Dandenong Hospital – 135 David Street Dandenong
• Cranbourne CICC – 140 ‐ 154 Sladen Street Cranbourne
• Kingston Centre - 400 Warrigal Rd, Cheltenham
• Chestnut Gardens Aged Care Centre- 2A Chestnut Rd, Doveton
• Minor sites and potential to add more sites as required
