Tender Description
The TAC is seeking one or more Suppliers for the safe, secure and professional delivery of Process Documents.
Process Servers are currently engaged by the TAC to deliver Process Documents to nominated persons or organisations for civil cases.
The Process Server will provide all personnel, tools, training, support and capability to deliver Process Documents to an individual or organisation in a safe, professional and secure manner.
Some examples of the types of documents to be served are:
- Court Documents;
- Notices;
- Subpoena's;
- Brief/s of evidence; and
- Summonses.
