Tender Description
The City of Swan is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified design professionals to join the City's new Design Review Panel.
Up to ten specialists (including a chairperson) will form the new Design Review Panel which, in an advisory capacity, will play a pivotal role in improving the design quality and functionality within the City of Swan.
From these ten, a minimum of four (4) panel members will be drawn on to review each item, providing the City with a range of expert advice on architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, sustainability and other design aspects of proposals.
Prior to making a submission, applicants are encouraged to view the City's Design Review Local Planning Policy, which sets out the operations of the City's Design Review Panel and the terms of reference.

An expression of interest can be submitted by sending a resume, covering letter responding to the selection criteria, and copies of relevant qualifications and certificates of currency to swan@swan.wa.gov.au
