Tender Description
The Nelson Public Reserves Committee of Management invites EOI for the funding, construction and operation of a commercial business on the banks of the Glenelg River in Nelson.
The Committee have all approved permits and structural drawings for this project.
Once constructed the business would be granted a 21 year lease.
