This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This position is responsible for providing all second level EUS IT technical support. This role will work closely with the first level team, other teams regarding infrastructure, when required to provide this support. To perform this role, the Senior Support Analyst will have a thorough understanding of software and hardware technologies used by the Agency in order to find solutions independently and to make recommendations to senior team members, keeping in mind the importance of business continuity.
