eSafety is seeking a talented and experienced Sydney-based APS5 equivalent Executive Assistant / Administration Officer to support the Executive Managers and Branches. eSafety staff are spread across our Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney offices.
The position will provide high level administrative and organisation support to 2 Executive Managers and their teams, including diary management, workflow, appointments, correspondence, database management, coordinating travel and collating documentation.
