Invercargill City Council (ICC) invites Registration of Interest (ROI) from suitably experienced Tier 1 & Tier 2 Construction companies with relevant experience in delivering Design and Construct Contract(s). The project goal will be the design and construction of a highly functional performance-based permanent storage facility for the current Southland Museum and Art Gallery Trust Board - collection, which is to be located at 800 & 820 Rockdale Road, Tisbury, Invercargill.
This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first step on a multi-step process.
The ROI is an open tender process that will provide a shortlist of respondents’ who will then be invited to submit a Request for proposal (RFP) in a closed tender process.
