Tender Description
Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to undertake General Tree Services throughout the City of Boroondara.
The Contract is divided in to four (4) Panels. Contractors may be appointed to each panel in the approximate composition as follows:
• Panel A - Amenity Tree Services - two (2) Contractors
• Panel B - Amenity Tree Services & Electric Line Clearances - three (3) Contractors
• Panel C - Consultancy Services two (2) Contractors
• Panel D - Specialist Tree Care Services - one (1) Contractor.
Tenderers can provide submissions for one or more Panels and a single Contractor may be appointed to multiple Panels.
The objective of this Contract is to provide high quality general and specialist tree services in response to Council tree issues on a planned an ad hoc basis in accordance with Council’s policies, strategic objectives, customer values, and customer levels of service.
The Services may be in relation to operational, maintenance, and renewal tree activities.
