Tender Description
The Queensland Department of Education (SOA Principal) is seeking to establish a SOA that will enable Eligible Customers to acquire an online newsletter subscription service.
This SOA will support the SOA Principal's strategy to engage families to play an active role in their child's learning and development, where elibible customer will be provided with innovative opportunities to disseminate information to their community.
The SOA Principal has issued this ITO with the objectives of:
- Establishing a SOA with one or more Suppliers capable of supplying a fit-for-purpose As-a-Service online newsletter solution
- Assisting school communities to disseminate information to their school-community through the provision of easy to create, online newsletters
- Securing best value for money through uprsuing economic, environmental and social objectives, as well as price
- Maintaining Supplier performance through the management of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and benchmarking of appointed Suppliers throughout the term of the arrangement
- Improved reporting on departmental usage and expenditure with appointed Suppliers
- Lowering the overall procurement cost for schools through the use of a SOA
The SOA Principal is committed to advancing the economic, environmental and social objectives of the Queensland Government, including maximising Queensland suppliers' opportunities to participate in government business, supporting regional and remote economies, and doing business with ethically, environmentally and socially responsible suppliers.
