Tender Description
Planning
Preparation of an Annual Abatement Plan in consultation with the Principal and nominated land managers.
Burns
Early dry season (May – July) - The coordination and management of aerial incidiary and ground-based operations in the early dry season (May to July) inclusive of all subcontract costs (incl helicopter, operator, accredited specialist). The Principal will provide limited support personnel and logistics. Agreed use of the Oriners homestead for basecamp. Internet access is available from the homestead.
Late dry season (Sep – Dec) Where deemed necessary following conclusion of early dry season burns, assessment of continued wildfire risk and coordination and management of further targeted burns during the late dry season. A rolling reserve of 10 days’ operations should be provisionally allowed by suppliers by way of provisional sum per year.
Compliance, Experience and Qualification
Maintaining relevant licenses, accreditations, capabilities and insurances required to undertake the scope.
Regulatory Reporting and Recordkeeping
Gathering and maintaining required records and evidence to support ACCU submission to the CER.
Coordinating timely submission of required records and evidence to the CER.
Reporting to the Principal both through management processes.
Supporting external Auditors per the CER scheduled Audit Plan.
Provision of an End of EDS Risk Assessment which provides an analysis of early dry season operations, noted gaps or high risk areas, and recommendations for mitigation.
Provision of an End of Year Assessment which summarises key achievements and areas for improvement with costed recommendations for the next year’s operations.
