Council is currently seeking a fee proposal for the supply, delivery and installation of synthetic grass to The Central Park Childcare Centre front yard, Malvern East.
Scope of works:
• Groundworks to left front yard facing the Centre including excavating/levelling surface to align with adjacent ground surface level (works to include removal, transportation and disposal of non-reusable materials). Supply and install timber structural supports at base of existing fence and treated timber fence lining to fill in void/gap, clean-up site surrounds and make good.
(Ground area affected: Approximately 20 Sqm)
• Supply and install synthetic grass silverback lawns (35mm turfed) as indicated in green area 1, 2 & 3 as per ‘Attachment A –Quotation Specification’. In area 2 where the existing tree resides, retain tree and allow 1200mm radial zone (Tree protection zone – TPZ) before synthetic turf installation from the tree trunk and top-up TPZ area with mulch as per ‘Attachment A – Quotation Specification’.
