Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the design and renewal of the swimming pool plant equipment at the Swan Hill Leisure Centre, 21 Pritchard Street, Swan Hill.

 
The project includes replacing the existing boiler, re-locating pool plant pipework and incorporate a new auto-controller pool blanket to the east of the pool deck.
 
Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:
 
Price
 
The Tender will be evaluated based on best value. Best value is determined by the overall score received from the evaluation criteria below in comparison to the price.
 
Compliance with Specifications (40%)
 
The Tenderer needs to response and address all, part or some of the requirements outlined in the specification document
 
Track Record (10%)
 
The Tenderer needs to demonstrate if they have completed work for Council before.
 
The Tenderer needs to advise the number of the same or similar projects they have completed previously.
 
The Tenderer needs to provide the details of the references from the previous projects.
 
Availability of Skills/Resources (40%)
 
The Tenderer needs to provide satisfactory evidences to prove they have appropriate skills and resources to accomplish the project satisfactorily.
 
Social Economic Benefit (5%)
 
Demonstrate the social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality provide supporting documentation of contributions made to the community in the form of donation or free services etc.
 
Environmental Benefit (5%)
 
Demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability
