Tender Description
Development Victoria (DV) will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a consultant to undertake a redesign for temporary and relocated utility services connections to the Fishermans Bend Innovation Precinct (FBIP) Lot 3 (University of Melbourne) site.
This RFP will be released via a Selective Tender to at least three bidders that are on the Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria’s Construction Supplier Register (CSR). The selected bidders must have relevant expertise and experience in detailed design and documentation of temporary and relocated utility services connections such as large commercial developments, business parks or similar.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework.
The services are to be delivered using Development Victoria’s Consultancy Agreement (Design) contract.
Full detail of the procurement will be distributed to invited tenderers with the tender notice in early 2022.
