Tender Description
The Dorado Project is a greenfield oil development located offshore WA approximately 150km northwest of Port Hedland comprising of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO), Wellhead platform (WHP) and various subsea (SURF) equipment.
To supply, testing and commission 13 units actuated choke valves Size 2" to 8" rating 2500lb with Hydraulic Stepping Actuators & Accessories
Scope of Work:
At a summary level the Choke Valve Supplier shall be responsible for Choke Valve :
a. Specification and design;
b. Procurement, fabrication, testing and calibration;
c. Certification, quality control, quality assurance and documentation;
d. Preservation, packaging, and transport to Company nominated location;
e. Training; and
f. Installation support, spare component supply and operational support.
