The ATO has a number of external and internal sites that are managed by isolated systems and processes. These result in considerable effort to provide consistent and effective content to meet the community’s needs and the ATO staff that support them. To improve responsiveness, efficiency and consistency to the community and staff experience, the ATO is implementing a Sitecore based Digital Experience Platform (DXP). A well-considered implementation, migration of key existing external and internal sites will position the ATO for realising benefits sooner and enable future transformation experiences that are personalised, intuitive and flexible to meet evolving user expectations.
