Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the Construction of the Nhill Tennis Club Room. The contract will be a fixed lump sum contract, not subject to price adjustment for rise and fall in prices. Please refer to design and associated documentation within the Tender Package for all relevant Specification information. Contractors considering submitting a tender should visit the site and familiarize themselves with the existing conditions.
