Tender Description
Contractors wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to:
• Supply, fabricate and surface treat equipment including tanks, launders, chutes,
skirts, sumps, underpans, hoppers, bins, silos, ductwork, doors, vents, stacks,
screens, boxes, hoods, dampers, drip trays, kibbles, boards, covers, cover
plates, distributors, bag splitters, and lifting frames.
• Supply fabricate and surface treat conveyor mechanical components including
head frames, tail frames, bend pulley frames, bearing base plates,
counterweights, counterweight frames, shedder plate, skirts, skirt dust covers,
skirt lining, belt ploughs, and instrumentation brackets.
• Supply and fabricate floor plate, grating, treads, hand railing, gates, and
ladders.
• Supply and install lining material including wear liners, wear bars (install only),
bisalloy, arcoplate, foundry billets, rail, rubber, rubber curtains, rubber sheets
with cut outs, conveyor belt material and any associated securing / clamp
plates.
• Supply, fabricate and surface treat pipe, suction, drain, spray bar assemblies,
sumps, culverts, pit equipment, access doors / cover plate / removable
inspection lid assemblies, weir assemblies, rubber lined suction pipe
assemblies, saddles and reinforcing plate, U-bolts, gaskets of various material
specifications, lifting lugs, handles, insulation, grease nipples, curtains, locating
pins, studs, shim packers, HDPE items, laminated packers, cladding, rubber
diaphragms, rivets, cutting bars, spike arms, mesh, sockets and plugs.

• Bisalloy lining - 951 m2
