Tender Description
Contractors wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete concrete and underground installation works for the following:
• Detailed earthworks.
• Supply and install
• Plastic liners and waterproof membranes.
• Drainage items in accordance with drawings & specifications.
• Formwork and falsework.
• Steel reinforcement materials (rebar and mesh) and associated install of ground slabs, rafts, ring beams, footings, pedestals, kerbs, walls, bund walls, and plinths.
• Cast in items, Armco rail, and holding down bolts.
• Embedded and under slab electrical and communications conduit and mechanical piping.
• Bollards and earth bonds.
• Handrail, grating, and swing gates mounted on concrete structures.
• Construct ROM bin, concrete vault structure, and wing walls.
• Civil and concrete works for crushing and screening facilities and associated conveyors, transfer stations, electrical substations and buildings.
• Construct ore stockpile facility including vault structure, escape and conveyor tunnels (Armco) with precast units and retaining wall.
• Construct drive in wedge pits (sumps).
