Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Grants and Procurement Manager will report to relevant executive-level staff to support the team establishing and then administering public-facing government programs, and facilitating the team’s procurement needs. They work in cooperation with groups of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of procured fit-for-purpose resources and ensure grants are administered in line with departmental standards.
Key Deliverables:
- Assists the Project Manager in procurement and financial management.
- Supports the broader team to build their grants and procurement knowledge.
- Leads on the administration of team procurement requirements.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with organisations across multiple grant programs.
- Manage and process reports and associated grant payments.
- Engage with teams across the wider department, external partners and third party providers as required.
- Provide input to program briefing and whole of Government reporting.
- Maintain and effectively use grant management, data management, reporting and customer relationship management tools.
