Tender Description
The Albert Greenshields Reserve Hall is a joint use council building which houses two main tenants, the Girl Guides and GOCSA who run a program based around elderly dementia patients.
The current amenities within Albert Greenshields are non compliant for DDA access and require significant upgrades to ensure tenants and visitors of the hall have compliant and DDA accessible amenities.
This project comprises of the construction of the DDA access amenities and associated works.
