NGWALA WILLUMBONG ABORIGINAL CORPORATION
1. Purpose 1.1 The Ngwala Willumbong Aboriginal Corporation (NWAC) is requesting quotations for the provision of an Organisation Masterplan specifically in relation to numerous properties owned and controlled by NWAC. The organisation owns a number of properties in the St Kilda area. NWAC is focussed on assessing and reviewing the best way to utilise these properties so as to provide a return and/or maximisation of services to its members and clients in the Aboriginal community
1.2 This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued under the office of the Chief Executive Officer and will be reviewed and approved by the Ngwala Willumbong Aboriginal Corporation Board of Directors.
2. Scope of the Service
2.1 The Contractor will be required to provide a scope for the provision of an Organisation Masterplan - Properties
3. Pricing
3.1 A Fixed lump sum price for the provision of an Organisation Masterplan
3.2 The Contractor is required to provide pricing details in the Contractor Response section of this RFQ.
4. Evaluation Criteria Responses to this RFQ will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
4.1 Evidence that the contractor can deliver within the specified timeframe.
4.2 Evidence that all the nominated personnel are available to undertake the requirements of the RFQ.
4.3 Evidence that the proposed Masterplan offers value for money. The Contractor is required to respond to the evaluation criteria in the Contractor Response section of the RFQ.
