Tender Description

Tenders are invited from experienced Contractors to be part of a Call Off Panel Contract for the Provision of Fixed Plant Maintenance Services. The Contractors will be required to provide labour, equipment and materials to service the Resource Recovery Group's (RRG) maintenance and operations requirements at their Canning Vale Centre (CVC).

The CVC is a waste and recycling processing facility and the following trades contractors are required to form a panel of providers that can be called upon, on an as required basis, by the RRG to undertake various work including maintenance and repairs as required:

• Mechanical, metalworking and fabrication

• Condition monitoring

• Hydraulics systems maintenance and repairs

• Electrical, electronic and control systems

• Building and construction

• Lifting

• Conveying

• Fibreglass

• Plumbing

• Communications

• Breakdown support

• Asset refurbishment

• Pest control management

• Locksmith and security

• Air-Conditioning services

• Loading dock and automatic door services
