Tender Description
Warrnambool City Council invites submissions from suitably qualified & experienced contractors for the provision of security services.
Council runs and maintains multiple buildings and sites that require routine, periodical and on-call security services and money pick up services.
Council requires a suitably qualified Contractor to offer of services for the provision of security, on-call and lockup services for the:
- Civic Centre Building,
- Lighthouse Theatre,
- Public Library, Former Post Office (West Wing),
- Art Gallery,
- Archie Graham Community Centre,
- Municipal Depot,
- Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village,
- Aquazone Aquatic Leisure Centre,
- Lake Pertobe Precinct,
- Warrnambool Stadium ,
- Matron Swinton Child Care Centre,
- Florence Collins Child Care Centre,
- Swan Reserve Childrens Services Centre,
- Public toilets
- Other Council buildings, events or sites as required,
As well as the provision of cash collection services for the:
- Civic Centre,
- Library,
- Surfside Holiday Park,
- Lighthouse Theatre,
- Flagstaff Hill,
- Archie Graham Centre,
- Aquazone,
- Warrnambool Stadium,
- Gymnastics Centre,
- Warrnambool Art Gallery,
- Florance Collins Child Care Centre,
- Sherwood Park Child Care Centre,
- Matron Swinton Child Care Centre, and
- Other buildings or sites as required.
