Expression of Interest Food and Beverage Catering Services

⁠⁠⁠Phillip Island Nature Parks is seeking expressions of interest from Catering Specialist(s) with appropriate expertise and experience to work with the Nature Parks to deliver a modern, unique, quality, and sustainable Food and Beverage experience to our visitors.

Phillip Island Nature Parks have 5 hospitality venues across our attractions:
1. The Penguin Parade Cafe
2. The Penguin Parade Restaurant
3. The Nobbies Centre Cafe and Kiosk
4. Churchill Island Farm Cafe
5. Koala Conservation Reserve Cafe

Over the past 4 years the Nature Parks have worked with a single caterer across all attraction and would like to broaden this opportunity in receiving different site management expressions tailored to single or multiple attractions and/or hospitality venues. The Nature Parks are looking for a unique point of difference, modern and creative experience where food quality and service is superior, and sustainability is paramount.
