Spotless on behalf of the Department of Communities (DoC) have been engaged under the Social Housing Economic Recovery Package (SHERP) to complete refurbishment works.
The SHERP program has been developed by the WA Government as a stimulus package for the WA Construction Industry and providing ongoing work for this industry.
This package is for a complete refurbishment of a single story common roof duplex.
