Tender Description
Detailed designs for the internal fit-out of the reptile house have been completed for the purpose of tendering and are with this specification.
This tender is for the construction of the internal fit-out for the building (Class 9) in accordance with the Building Code of Australia.
The Contractor shall:
- Construct the internal fit-out in accordance with the design drawings
- Protect existing trees surrounding the site and eliminate any impact to them from these works;
- Protect and avoid any damages to surrounding infrastructure.
- Undertake construction activities in the understanding that The Park is an operational concern and that those operations cannot be impacted
