Tender Description
The Port of Townsville Limited is seeking Proposals for the Demolition of Cold Stores Jetty located in Ross Creek Townsville.
Depending on requirements these works specifically include:
- Demolitation of steel piled concrete wharf structure and associated fender and mooring piles.
- Removal and disposal of all jetty accessories including safety ladders, electrical and water reticulations.
- Crushing of demolished concrete elements, and reoval of the crushed concrete to a stockpiling area inside the Port compound.
- Apporpriate disposal of all other demolished materials.
- Supply and installation of 775mm x 350mm reinforced concrete upstand.
- Reinstatment of the existing fence after completion of the works.
