Tender Description
City of Stonnington is seeking an experienced operator to run the café at Harold Holt Swim Centre and Prahran Aquatic Centre. Applicants may submit for both cafes or specify a preference for one of the two sites.
Harold Holt Swim is located on the corner of High Street and Edgar Street in Glen Iris. The facility consists of an Outdoor 50m pool, indoor 25m pool, Warm Water Exercise Pool, Leisure Pool Gym and group fitness studio. It attracts 500,000 visitation per year. The café is located on ground floor adjacent to the leisure pool.
Prahran Aquatic Centre is located in Essex Street, Prahran. This facility consists of a 50m outdoor pool that is open 12 months of the year as well as an indoor sauna, spa and steam area. The centre attracts 130,000 visits per year. The café is located in the reception foyer.
